GWMWater takes pride in providing drinking water at not-for-profit or community events in our region.

We ask that you complete this form four (4) weeks' prior to your event.

Please provide all details when completing this application form. This includes uploading your current Certificate of Currency for insurance purposes to make sure that your application is processed as quickly as possible.

It is at our discretion if we provide a portable water fountain or water trailer for your event, subject to availability.

Portable drinking water fountain

If your sponsorship request is approved for a water fountain:

We will inspect the nominated water source. It is important that you provide us with the exact tap location details within this form.
The water fountain is to be collected by your representative at a mutually agreed date between the hours of 8 am to 9 am or 3 pm to 4 pm. Water fountains are available from our Horsham Office or our Stawell, Ararat or Birchip Depots.
Larger events may be eligible to use multiple portable water fountains.

Our water fountains are touch-free and operated by holding your hand over the side sensor. Each unit weighs 25 kg and are around 1.3 metres high. The protective water fountain bag has inbuilt wheels for easy manoeuvring.

Drinking water trailer

If your sponsorship request for a water trailer is approved:

A water trailer will be delivered to your event by our staff. It is imporant that you provide us with the exact delivery location within this form. Once delivered, the water trailer is secured and cannot be moved.
The size of the water trailer is at GWMWater’s discretion.
